Company

Infinity Transfer is a registered cab and private hire service provider operating in accordance with applicable local transport regulations.

The Company – Infinity Transfer acts as the service provider or intermediary for transportation and related travel services.

The Customer – any individual or organisation that books and uses our services, agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions – these define the rules and responsibilities under which Infinity Transfer provides its services.

By making a booking, the customer agrees to these terms as a binding agreement for the requested journey.

Liability

Infinity Transfer will ensure that once a booking is confirmed, the service is provided as requested, including timely pickup and professional service.

Passengers are responsible for completing payments using accepted payment methods.

Infinity Transfer is responsible for handling all transactions related to bookings made through our platform.

Prices & Charges

All fares are quoted in local currency and may include applicable taxes.

All prices are quoted per vehicle, not per passenger.

Prices are generally fixed at the time of booking based on distance, time, and service type.

Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, route changes, tolls, or parking fees.

Quotes are subject to availability and may vary during peak hours or special events.

Bookings

Bookings can be made through our website, mobile platform, or customer support.

For urgent bookings within a short time frame, we recommend contacting customer support directly.

Customers must provide accurate booking details, including pickup time, location, and contact information.

Booking Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge if done at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made within less than 12 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds for online or card payments may be subject to a small administrative processing fee.

No Show

A "No Show" occurs when the passenger fails to meet the driver at the scheduled pickup time and location.

This includes bookings made with incorrect details such as wrong date, time, or location.

For airport pickups, the driver will wait up to the allocated free waiting time. If the passenger does not arrive or contact us within this period, it will be treated as a no-show.

No refunds will be provided in the event of a no-show.

Liabilities

Infinity Transfer is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Child seats may be provided upon request, subject to availability. Their use is at the passenger’s own responsibility.

Airport Pickups

Meet and greet service is available for airport pickups. The driver will wait at the arrivals area with a name board.

We monitor flight schedules and adjust pickup times based on actual arrival times.

Customers must provide accurate flight details when booking airport transfers.

Airport Free Waiting Time:

All Airports:  Up to 60 minutes free waiting time

Train Stations / Ports:  Up to 30 minutes free waiting time

If the passenger cannot meet the driver within the free waiting time, it is their responsibility to inform us. Additional waiting charges may apply. Failure to inform may result in the booking being marked as a no-show.

Payments

Payments can be made online, by card, or cash where applicable.

Certain bookings may require advance payment to confirm the service.

Waiting Time Charges

Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time as stated above. Additional waiting will be charged per minute.

Pickups from homes, hotels, or offices include a short free waiting period, after which additional charges may apply.

Waiting charges will be clearly communicated and added to the final fare.

Seasonal Fares

Prices may increase during peak seasons, holidays, or special events due to high demand and limited vehicle availability.
